Doctor MSF 360 is working for you, and we rely heavily on recommendations from satisfied customers. Therefore, we make sure to provide excellent products and services that meet your expectations. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We always send reports directly to you, unless you request us to forward them to someone else.

At Doctor MSF 360, we take your privacy seriously. We only use your information for the purpose of gathering data and producing reports for 360 appraisal and revalidation. We never sell or share your information with any third party. If you complete a survey for one of your colleagues, all responses are aggregated in the final report, and individual responses (other than comments) will not be distinguishable.

The prices of our goods, services, and digital content are clearly displayed on the order page, and they include delivery charges where applicable. If data entry is required, we include up to 45 patient and up to 20 colleague responses in the price. Any additional data entry is charged at £0.80 per questionnaire. If additional data entry is necessary, we will contact you for further instruction.

The time frame for receiving your report cannot be estimated precisely, as it depends on the return of completed patient questionnaires and the time taken for colleagues to respond. However, the current average waiting time is between 4 and 6 weeks from the date of purchase. After purchasing, we will dispatch the goods via Royal Mail First Class, and we are happy to provide an estimate of the delivery time upon request.

At Doctor MSF 360, we highly value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. In case you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to us as we are always ready to address your concerns. Please note that all warranties, conditions, and other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, and Dr J. R. Davies shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund if you cancel your order before the supply of services begins, minus a processing fee of 4.5%. If the supply of services has already begun, please contact us, and we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. If you want to cancel, please inform us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving any items. However, please note that the Consumer Rights Directive right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalized or made to your specification, such as our bespoke products and services. If you wish to return goods that have not been personalized, you can receive a refund by informing us by an unequivocal statement (a letter sent by fax or email) within 14 days of receiving the items. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Privacy and Password Protection

When using our services, we understand that you trust us with your information. We only use your information to gather data and produce reports for 360 appraisals and revalidation. Your information is not shared with any third parties, and we do not sell your data. If you are completing a survey for a colleague, all data is aggregated in the final report, and individual responses, other than comments, are not distinguishable.

Regarding password protection, we recommend that you change the password yourself as it is not specific to you and only intended to secure the report in your email archives. If you have emailed unsecured forms to us, we may not password protect your report, as this may benefit ease of access and forwarding. If you prefer, we are happy to remove the password upon request.
